• The property may have judgments or notice of eviction for various reasons.
2. The buyer should be very careful of “For Sale By Owner” and the caveat is “buyer be aware”.
3. We excuse the owner in the above if the principal reason for “For Sale By Owner” is the lack of a veritable real estate company in that area.
